Well, last night, Jake and I hung out with my mom for a little bit, then we rented apocalypse now, and we watched half of it while we ate ice cream till jake had to go home. Chuck rotiseried some bacon wrapped tomatoes... buuuuuuuut, Jake didn't get to stay for those to get done. However I cannot say I am 100% disapointed, as I love them and always enjoy having more.

Tonight Dad and Mary Ellen are coming over, I'm going to be smoking ribs for them. That's the third time in 3 weeks that I've smoked ribs, and I really like the recipe and the techinque, I could really use a real smoker though. After this, I'm going to move into more indoor areas of cooking. I really want to be able to do a brisket though.
